The safety of our employees as well as all others affected by our presence on any given job site is always our main priority.  Ace Construction has established its own safety program (in addition to compliance with and enforcement of all current OSHA requirements); designed to address the specific safety needs associated with our labor efforts provided on and off site.  This safety and health program is under continuous review to maintain compliance with OSHA's changing standards and to ensure maximum safety practices are in order at all times to reduce risk of encountering potentially hazardous situations in the workplace.

All employees of our company have completed multiple training courses pertaining the construction industry.   Most foreman at Ace Construction have been with the company for 20+ years, passing knowledge from first hand experiences along to their crew members.  Our employees take part in the local union hall's routine training courses as well as industry specific certifications, operating qualifications, and occasional in-house training courses to inform of and review company policies.
